Account & Registration
Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. After submitting, you'll receive a one-time password (OTP) on your mobile number to verify your account. The whole process takes under three minutes.
Yes. You must be at least 21 years old to open a GG771 account and participate in any real-money betting or gaming. This requirement applies to all players across the Philippines regardless of location. Age is verified during the KYC process before your first withdrawal.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a standard identity verification process required before your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a passport, UMID, PhilSys national ID, driver's licence, or voter's ID. The name on your ID must match the name on your GG771 account.
No. Each player is allowed only one GG771 account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of the platform's terms and conditions and may result in account suspension. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, contact support instead of opening a new one.
You can update most account details — such as your email address and contact preferences — from your account dashboard after logging in. For changes to your registered mobile number or name, additional verification is required. Contact the support team directly and they will guide you through the process.
Login & Security
You can use either your registered Philippine mobile number or your email address, paired with your password. Most Filipino players use their mobile number since that's what was used during OTP verification at registration. Head to the Login page to access your account.
Use the account recovery option on the Login page. An OTP will be sent to your registered Philippine mobile number to verify your identity. Once confirmed, you'll be prompted to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number, reach out to the support team directly for assisted recovery.
GG771 temporarily locks an account after several consecutive failed login attempts. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds from unauthorised access. Wait a few minutes and try again, or use the password recovery flow to regain access via OTP.
Yes. All connections to GG771 are SSL encrypted, which means your login credentials and personal data travel in an encrypted form that cannot be read in transit. Sensitive actions like withdrawals and password changes require OTP confirmation to your registered mobile number, adding a second layer of protection on top of your password.
Deposits & Payments
GG771 operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP. There is no currency conversion required for Filipino players.
GG771 supports Philippine online/mobile banking, bank transfers from major local banks, and local e-wallets. GCash and Maya are examples of e-wallets that may be available for deposits. Please note that credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.
Most deposits processed through e-wallets and online banking reflect in your GG771 balance almost immediately after confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your bank's own processing schedule. If a deposit has not reflected after a reasonable wait, contact GG771 support with your transaction reference number.
Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment channel used. Check your account dashboard after logging in for the current limits applicable to each payment method available to your account. If you have questions about a specific channel, the support team can clarify the current minimum.
Withdrawals
Log in to your account and go to the withdrawal section in your dashboard. Select your preferred withdrawal method — local bank transfer or eligible e-wallet — enter the amount in PHP, and confirm with an OTP sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. Your KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers. Bank transfers to Philippine banks may take one to three banking days depending on your bank. You can track the status of your withdrawal request in your account dashboard.
Common reasons include pending KYC verification, incomplete OTP confirmation, or your account being flagged for a routine security review. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than expected, contact GG771 support with your transaction ID for an update. Do not submit multiple withdrawal requests for the same amount while one is still processing.
Sports Betting
GG771 covers a wide range of sports popular among Filipino bettors. You can bet on basketball including PBA and NBA, football, boxing, volleyball, esports, and other international competitions. Live in-play betting is available for select matches, letting you place bets as the action unfolds. See the full market on the Sports page.
In most cases, bets confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Always review your bet slip carefully before confirming. If you believe a bet was placed in error due to a technical issue, contact support as soon as possible with your bet reference number.
If a match is officially postponed or cancelled before it starts, bets on that event are typically voided and the stake is returned to your account balance. The specific handling may depend on the sport and the circumstances of the cancellation. Your bet history will reflect the void and the returned amount.
Games & Slots
GG771 offers a broad selection of games for Filipino players: online slots with various themes and features, fish games where you shoot targets for prizes, live casino tables with real dealers for baccarat and blackjack, and eBingo. Explore the full catalogue through the navigation above — Slots and Fish Games have their own dedicated sections.
GG771 games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes, which ensures that every result is independent and unpredictable. This is the same standard used by online gaming platforms globally. The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) rates for individual games are defined by each game's provider.
Yes. GG771 is fully accessible via mobile browser on both Android and iOS devices. You can play slots, fish games, and live casino tables directly from your browser without installing anything. For a faster and more integrated experience, you can also download the GG771 app.

Responsible Gaming
GG771 offers several tools to help you manage your play: daily deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These can be set through your account dashboard. If you want to take a break from the platform, self-exclusion can be activated immediately without any waiting period. Learn more on the Responsible Gaming page.
Yes. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit from your account settings. Once your limit is reached for the period, no further deposits will be accepted until the limit resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit may have a short cooling-off period to protect you from impulse decisions.
No. Betting and gaming always involve financial risk and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. GG771 does not promise winnings, guaranteed returns, or risk-free profit of any kind. Always treat betting as entertainment and never wager money you cannot afford to lose. GG771 is strictly for players aged 21 and above.
